DRIVER Administrators have access to view, modify, and add user accounts. This section explains the different ways on how to view users’ details on the DRIVER website.
Viewing All Users
On the Ashlar Editor, you will find a button on the top right corner of the page labelled “Manage Users”. Clicking on this redirects users to the User Management tab, which gives the admin access to details all the users on the DRIVER website, such as their names, e-mail addresses, user types, and unique user ID’s, among others.
Viewing Users by Type
The Ashlar Editor also has a feature that allows administrators to filter users according to type for easier viewing. To do this, simply click on the “Filter by group…” button on the right side of the page, next to the “Add New User” button. This will prompt the admin to filter user views according to Admin, Analyst, Public Viewers, or all users.
Viewing Details of Individual Users
DRIVER Administrators can access individual details of users by clicking on the “Details” button located on the far right side of each user’s e-mail address. This will show each user’s unique user ID, e-mail, date of account creation, and unique token ID. The details will also show whether or not the user is an administrator, and which user type or role they belong to.
